Our Services

Gymnastics is not just about winning medals; it's about personal growth and the journey of learning to overcome challenges. Gymnastics teaches resilience and grit—how to bounce back from falls and setbacks through dedication and persistence. What happens if you don't first understand the problems you're trying to correct?

Gymnastics is a highly technical sport, and the way judges score routines can be challenging to understand—both for many parents and gymnasts and even for some coaches. Often, frustration with scores stems from not fully understanding how judges determine them. Without clear feedback on on WHAT to improve and HOW to improve, it can be difficult to know where to focus your efforts.

That’s where we come in!

We want to help you understand how you can be your best you in this sport!

We are a team of former Division I NCAA gymnasts / certified coaches with years of experience in the sport. We have performed these skills and coached these skills for decades.

We are also certified USAG judges who are passionate about helping young gymnasts understand how their performances are judged. Our goal is to give them the knowledge they need to improve, grow, and reach their full potential both in the gym and beyond.

We will provide you with feedback on the visible mistakes in your routine and simple corrections on how to start fixing them.

How it Works

1. Video a routine from your child’s performance.

2. Go to the ‘Shop’ page and add routines you would like feedback on to your cart.

3. Go to your cart and checkout.

4. Email your routines to: routineperfect@gmail.com
- In the subject heading indicate your child’s first name, last name initial, date, and event (V, UB, BB, FX).
- Example: Ariana P. 1-14-25 UB.
- if you email directly from a phone and attach a file it should compress the file for you so it fits within the allowable limits.

We will review your routines and email you feedback within 6days or 24hours (RUSH ORDERS).

Hopefully, just one routine per year will help give you an idea of where / how to improve.

Judging gymnastics is difficult. Even judges can make mistakes when judging hundreds of routines in a day. Focus on being your best you and making your routines the best you can. Thank your judges!

Disclaimer- We will do our best, based on the videos we receive, to identify all of the deductions we see and give you ideas on how to correct them. Just like any other human we may make a mistake and apologize if we miss something.
